Obituary of James Hinze

A funeral mass of Christian Burial for James Ronald Hinze, 84, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 12 noon, Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Calvary Hill Chapel in Dallas, TX with Father Joe Kannampuzha officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Hill cemetery. Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m., Monday, January 13, 2014 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mr. Hinze passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 6, 1930 in Waco, TX the son of Alvin and Zelma (Steely) Hinze. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church, was a college professor, and also taught at Bishop Lynch Schools. He is survived by sister, Beverly Lassberg, nieces, Colette Prudhomme, Suzanna Jones, and nephews, Curt Lassberg, and Eric Lassberg. He was preceded in death by his parents.
