Obituary of Merle O. White

Merle Frazier White, 96 of Sulphur Springs went to be with her Savior on November 30, 2017 at Carriage House Manor. She was a member of the Union Baptist Church.
Service to celebrate the life and memory of Merle will held at 2 p.m. Sunday December 3, 2017 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wilton McMorris officiating.  Interment will follow at the Reilly Springs Cemetery with Brendan Tallant, Jordan Watson, Kelly Potts, Danny Lawrence, Dave Funderburk and Eddie Morton serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearer will be W. G White.
Merle was born December 11, 1920, daughter of James Earl and Evie Frazier.  She was married to Jesse Gilbert (J.G.) White.  She was the mother of Keith White and Anna (Cathy) Tallant. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, children and sister Jenita Morton Cegelski and brother James Earl Frazier.
She is survived by: Granddaughter Elaine Wells, and husband Jeff of Sulphur Springs, Grandson John Dwayne Tallant, and wife Tina of Winona. Sister Mary Helen Harrell.  Great Grands Marcus Wells, Michael Wells and wife Ashlee, Katelyn Tallant and Brendan Tallant.  Great-Great Grandchildren Garrett and Brody Wells.  Nephew W.G. White.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Reilly Springs Cemetery, 1608 CR 2436, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75842
