Obituary of Geri Kiser
Funeral service for Geri Lyn Kiser, 66, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, December 20, 2013 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Harold Wright officiating and Art Oglesby assisting. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., prior to service. Honorary pallbearers will be Mary Siebert, Cindy and Lester Hearne, Chad and Kristy Snook, Jason and John Samuels, Carol and Joel Jackson, Mary Underwood, Iola Lindley, Noah Ray, James Flanagan, Haley Lawson, Justin Overly, T.J. Ray, and the Employees of KiserÂ’s Glass. Geri passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler. She was born on April 3, 1947 in Tooele, Utah the daughter of Bernard and Cleone (Sagers) Dillon. She married Kenneth Kiser in 1975 in Deming, New Mexico. He survives. She was a member of the Morman of Latter Day Saints faith and worked for the family business for 26 years. She was also a member of the VFW Bingo and a patient of the Dialysis Center. In addition to her husband, she is also survived by son, Craig Kiser and wife Pam of Sulphur Springs, daughter, Krista Dillon and husband Art of Sulphur Springs, brother, Brett Stoddard of Benson, AZ, sisters, Doris Dillon of Lordsburg, NM, Debbie Snook and husband Roy of Pueblo, CO, Marianne Stewart and husband Jimmy of Lordsburg, NM, grandchildren, Kaleb Daniels, Mat Reed, Jacquelyn Reed, great-granddaughter, Hailee Ramirez. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Michael Dwayne Kiser, and sister, Carla Brookshire. In addition to flowers, crosses are also being accepted.
