As a child, Peggy is the only one who could brush my long hair. I think it is very safe to say that although we didn't see each other often, I have and always consider her to be my second mom. My heart is definitely with you all as you go through this difficult time. I am so sorry that I cannot be with you.
I was so very sorry to hear about Peggy passing. She and Dale were very special to me. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I am sorry to say I won't be able to join the family at her service Tuesday, because our son is having surgery and we will have to be at the hospital with him. I will be thinking of all of you. I pray that God will be with you then as you say goodbye and you will find peace in knowing she is with your Dad now and our Lord.
