Obituary of Rita Dianne Rogers

~~Graveside services for Rita Dianne Rogers, 64, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Lone Star Cemetery in Clarksville with Dr. Jimmy Henry officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Rita passed away on Friday, August 4, 2017 at Baylor Hospital in Dallas. She was born on August 28, 1952 in Shawnee, OK, the daughter of Doyle Graham and Betty Lou Knopp Graham. She married Bill Rogers on May 5, 1972 in Dallas, TX. She was a loving wife, mother, and Grammy. She always put her family first and gave the best hugs. A day never went by that we did not feel loved. There will never be another person with a heart as big as hers. She never met a stranger and everyone that knew her loved her. Rita is survived by her husband, Bill, daughters, Rita “Rochelle” Shepherd and husband Paul of Longview, Brittany Dianne Jordan and husband Stephen of Marshall, brother, Mark Graham and wife Judy of Kemp, sister, Debbie Davis and husband Trumon of Belize. Grammy’s beloved grandchildren, Aiden Shepherd, Olivia Shepherd, Graham Shepherd, Trinity Jordan, and Blakely Jordan. She is also survived by, mother-in-law, Margaret Rogers of Hooks, sister-in-law, Sandy Zeller and husband John Ed of Simms, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
