Obituary of Sylvia Ray Styles

~~Graveside services for Sylvia Ray Styles, age 91, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 10, 2017 at Gray Rock Cemetery in Winfield with Rev. Michael Branch officiating.  Mrs. Styles passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2017 at Rock Creek Health and Rehab.  She was born on September 12, 1925 in Cessnock, Australia, the daughter of Albert James Fairhall and Mildred Ester Ray Fairhall.  She married Denson David Styles on July 14, 1945 in Australia.  He preceded her in death. Mrs. Styles was a homemaker.  She is survived by one son, David Styles and wife Laida of Springfield, MO, two daughters, Irene Carrell and husband Tony and Margaret Collins and husband Wesley all of Sulphur Springs, one brother, Tedd Fairhall, 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by parents, son, Grayford Wayne Styles, brothers, Bill and Lez, sisters , Els, Mavis, Verlie and Beryl.  Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home. www.westoaksfuneralhome.com.
