It is with a broken heart for your loss that I write this note. I first met Marigene on a band trip with Winnsboro High School. She and I became pretty good traveling buddies after that. Several trips later we were still friends. Her presence on this earth will be sorely missed, but she is living a happy and pain free life now. Ben, I am so glad the two of you had this last time together. I pray for you daily my friend. I know your journey without her will be long but she's always with you. If there is ever anything we can do for you, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I love you and always loved Marigene even though I didn't get to see much of her. She is someone I will always remember as being one of the most courageous women I know.
