Obituary of Cynthia Gillispie

Private graveside services for Cynthia “Dianne” Gillispie, age 65, of Sulphur Springs will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Dianne passed away on Monday, June 3, 2013 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 25, 1945 in Sulphur Springs, the daughter of Buford Mark and Jerry Reeves. She married Jerry Gillispie on March 25, 1966 in Winnsboro, TX. He survives. She was part owner of Gillispie Trucking and also worked as their book keeper for 33 years. Dianne was of the Baptist Faith. She was a member of the Sulphur Springs Band Boosters and Girl Scouts. In addition to her husband she is survived by her mother, daughter, Michelle Skaggs and husband Jeremey of Sulphur Springs, granddaughters, Megan Glover, Hannah Skaggs, and Mikala Rogers all of Sulphur Springs, and great-grandson, Stetsyn Sanchez of Sulphur Springs. She was preceded in death by her father, and grandparents, Chris and Molly Berry Mark, Dave and Mirlie Alton Reeves.
