Obituary of Eloy Alba

Funeral service for Eloy Alba, 74, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Larry Alba officiating. Interment will follow at I.O.O. F. Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., August 26, 2014 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mr. Alba passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Rock Creek Health and Rehab. He was born on April 7, 1940 in Ozona, TX, the son of Pedro and Eva Salazar Alba. He served in the United States Marines and was of the Baptist Faith. He married Maria Miranda on July 20, 2007 in Mexico. She survives. He is also survived by, son, Richard Alba, daughter, Adita Alba, brothers, Larry Alba and wife Zoila, Adam Alba and wife Lola, sisters, Merlinda Alba and husband Dallas, Funice Alba, and Elizabeth Alba.
