Obituary of Charles Rea

Funeral services for Charles Lee Rea, age 82, of Sulphur Springs, TX, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 16, 2013 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fred Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Arbala Cemetery with Josh Rea, Jacob Rea, Jon Marc Rea, Cody Lewis, Cory Walthall and Andrew Greenberg serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Cimarolli, Matt Rea, Lucas Rea, Daniel Sisco, Blake Rea, Trevor Greenberg, Hayden Sisco, Noah Sisco, Johnathan Vick and Boden Rea. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., one hour prior to service time at West Oaks Funeral Home. Charles Lee Rea was born on September 17, 1930 and departed this life on May 14, 2013. He was the only child of William Louie and Opal Faye Rea and they preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Doris Rea; son Marc Rea and wife Pat; daughter Viki Sisco and husband Glen; daughter Stacey Walthall and husband Larry as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sulphur Springs and served his country for 8 years in the Naval Reserve. He was in automobile sales for most of his life and was an excellent carpenter.
