Obituary of Joan Ailes

Graveside services for Joan D. Ailes, age 67, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Hugo, OK. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 12:00 noon Saturday morning at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Ailes passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Ailes was born on June 23, 1945 in Toledo, OH, the daughter of Alvin and Judy (Gipson) Payne. She married William “Bill” Ailes on February 29, 1984 in Lake Tahoe, NV. He survives. Mrs. Ailes was a homemaker. In addition to her husband she is survived by her son, Roy Derting and wife Melody of Mesquite, TX, daughter, Lisa Henkle of Sulphur Springs, TX, brother, Jimmy Payne of Michigan, sisters, Linda Cook of Grove, OK, Theresa Ward of Riverside, CA, Sandy Weil of Anaheim, CA, grandchildren, Lucas Henkle, Kyle Derting and Kailey Derting.
