Obituary of David McGlamery

Funeral services for David Warren McGlamery, 43, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2013 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Henry Suche and Mike Eason officiating. Interment will follow at Como Cemetery with James Humphrey, Mark Friddle, Toots Deaton, Lee Pogue, Kyle Tate, Brandon Crowson, Brad Armstrong, Daryl Watkins, Jimmy De Odell, and John Watson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Logan Pogue, Tab Bell, Blake Irving, Brad Glenn, Chris Sewell, Mikey Teer, David Fowler, Ryan Glenn, Colt Hearn, Joe Don Pogue, Mike Moore, Kaden Moore, and Carston Moore. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at West Oaks Funeral Home. David passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at his residence. He was born on August 31, 1969 in Winnsboro, TX to William “Bill” Warren and Judy (Wright) McGlamery. He was of the Baptist Faith, attending Cartwright Church, and also worked as a welder. He is survived by his daughter, Chesley McGlamery, brother, Eddie McGlamery and wife Lorna, nieces, Maci, Maggie, and Shelby McGlamery, and also his special friend, Randa Massey. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Johnny McGlamery, and grandmother, Hazel McGlamery.
