Obituary of Helen Morris

Graveside services for Helen Catherine Morris, age 94, of Dallas, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Ridgeway Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Henry officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Pallbearers will be Andrew Morris, Evan Morris and Michael Morris. Mrs. Morris passed away Friday, January 25, 2013 at Elmcroft Assisted Living in Irving, TX. Mrs. Morris was born on October 27, 1918 in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of Charles and Daisy (Hays) Smith. She was married to James C. Morris for 68 years and he preceded her in death on October 15, 2012. Mrs. Morris was a homemaker. Survivors include sons, James Morris and Glenn Morris, daughter, Sylvia Pepper, 7 grandchildren and sister, Edith Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers.
