Obituary of Jerry Vititow

Funeral service for Jerry Wayne Vititow, Jr., 51, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Lake Highlands Baptist Church with Rev. James Edge officiating. Interment will follow at Richland Cemetery in the Brinker Community with Larry Vititow, Budge Vititow, Robert Vititow, Chuck Vititow, Michael Vititow, Jeff Bledsoe, Eddie Morton, Donald Sims, and Leslie Hrabal serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held for 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mr. Vititow passed away on Monday, August 12, 2013 at his residence following an extended illness. He was born on February 8, 1962 in Sulphur Springs to Jerry Wayne, Sr. and Jean Baucum Vititow. He married Michelle Mitchell on February 24, 2007 in Hopkins County. She survives. He drove a truck for over 31 years. In addition to his wife he is also survived by his parents, son, Justin Vititow of North Dakota, daughters, Jennifer Ward and husband Greg of Dallas, Amanda Bailey and husband Jason of Campbell, Tamara Vititow of Sulphur Springs, sister, Janet Austin and husband Stanley of Oklahoma, and grandchildren, Londyn Vititow of Sulphur Springs, and Brian and Shelby Bailey of Campbell.
