Obituary of Floyd Easley
Funeral services for Floyd Easley, age 83, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Brashear Baptist Church with Rev. David Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with Mike Mahand, David Peugh, Chad Argenbright, Jason Wright, Larry Gore and Bobby Burney serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Deaton and Marlon Webb. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 3:00 prior to service time at Brashear Baptist Church. Mr. Easley passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Easley was born on June 14, 1929 in Brashear, TX, the son of Jesse and Alta (Bunch) Easley. He married Dorothy Compton on September 24, 1949 in Ft. Worth, TX. She survives. Mr. Easley was a used car dealer for over 34 years and worked for Alliance Bank as a courier. Mr. Easley was a member of Brashear Baptist Church. In addition to his wife he is survived by his four daughters, Donna Gail Webb and husband Marlon of Arbala, Leta Mahand and husband Mike of Sulphur Springs, Judy Easley of Sulphur Springs and Annette Peugh and husband David of Lake Fork; grandchildren, Jason Wright and wife Carrie, Amanda Mahand, Kara Argenbright and husband Chad, Cody Wells, Sarah Smith, Jacob Peugh and Candice Foley; great-grandchildren, Rylan and Abigail Wright, Kaden and Corbin Argenbright, Tyler, Collin, Jakota, Isaac, Sam and Jonah; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters, Leroy Easley, Harold Easley, Oleta Easley and Mary Boykin. Memorials may be made to Brashear Baptist Church, P. O.
