Obituary of Teddy Fisher

Funeral services for Teddy Lynn Fisher, age 53, will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Friday, February 10, 2012 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Phelps and David Hamm officiating. Interment will follow at Yantis Cemetery with Ricky Aaron, Tippy Aaron, Philip Aaron, Jamie House, Lenny House and Jeremy Christie serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be all his fishing and hunting buddies. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 9, 2012 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mr. Fisher passed away Monday, February 6, 2012 at his residence. Mr. Fisher was born on February 24, 1958 in McKinney, TX, the son of Edward and Betty (Green) Fisher. He married Connie Gibbons on March 25, 1974 in Reilly Springs. She survives. Mr. Fisher was a general contractor and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Yantis. He was of the Baptist faith. Other survivors include his children, Shannon Lambert of Quitman, Kimberly Fisher of Yantis, Lynn Fisher and wife Jennifer of the Shirley community. Brother, Freddy Fisher and wife Linda of Yantis, sister, Jettie Winkler and husband Mark of Quitman, grandchildren, Ashley Lambert, Hannah Lambert, Leah Lambert, Gavin Fisher, Kindle Fisher, and Chloe Fisher, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Earl and Janie Manning of Sulphur Springs and numerous nieces and nephews.
