Obituary of Ronald Young

Funeral services for Ronald Lee Young, age 49, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Willis E. Taylor, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Jimmy Davis, Lester Davis, Ivan Wright, Tyrone Adams, Philip Johnson and Ray Young serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2011 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Ronald passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at his residence. Ronald Lee Young was born on April 23, 1962, the third child of Willis Lee (Jake) Young and Larareen Young. Ronald attended school in the Sulphur Springs School District and was a faithful member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memory and to celebrate his Homegoing: Mother, Sister Larareen Young, two sisters, Brenda (Freddie) Earvin and Vanessa (Dalvis) Johnson of Sulphur Springs, Texas, brothers, Glen Young of Ladonia, Texas, Mike (Sandra) Young of Ft. Worth, Texas, Patrick (Torai) Young of Sulphur Springs, Texas and Shellie Young of Commerce, Texas, aunts, Helen Stephens and Martha Jean Vaughn, uncle, Billy Ray Young and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father and grandparents, aunts, Archie Jean Davis, Nobie Johnson, Settie Mae Stephens and Edna Calhoun, uncles, Howard Stephen II, Steve Stephens, Charles A.
