Obituary of Reba Willingham

Funeral services for Reba Beatrice Horton Willingham, age 75, of Royse City, formerly of Sulphur Springs, Texas will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 13, 2011 at West Oaks Funeral Home with Rev. Don Tinsley officiating. Interment will follow at Arbala Cemetery with Kevin Horton, Jerry Willis, Dan Hinton, W. G. White, G. V. Hughes and Jerry Womack serving as pallbearers. Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., prior to service time at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mrs. Willingham passed away Monday, October 10, 2011 at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. Mrs. Willingham was born on May 21, 1936 in Sulphur Springs the daughter of Maynard Lee and Lillie B. (White) Horton. She married Duran Gene Willingham and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Willingham was a typist for Land America Title for over 40 years. She was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her mother, Lillie B. Horton Gode, daughter, Sonja Regene Cornell of Mesquite, son, Marvin Alan Cornell of Dallas, grandchildren, Melissa Anne Lawson and husband David of Wills Point, great-grandchildren, Chaney Danielle Elliott, Collin Reed Lawson and Abagail Lawson, sister-in-law Jo Nell Willis and husband Jerry of Sulphur Springs, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, brothers, Richard Horton, M. L. Horton, two nephews, David Horton and Richard Horton, Jr. Memorials may be made to Arbala Cemetery, P. O.
