Obituary of Janet Loyd

Funeral services for Janet Diane Loyd, age 55, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2014 at Central Baptist Church with Rev. C.J. Duffy and Rev. Kenneth Rhoades officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Cumby, TX, with Tracy Myers, Mike Fullington, Dennis Jackson, Leonard Tulley, Randy Davis, Mark Baker, Squirrel Willis, and Stewart Ham serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Cliff Scott and Kenny Oliver. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2014 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Janet passed away February 10, 2014 at her residence. Janet was born on January 25, 1959 in Sulphur Springs the daughter of Curtis and Mary Jo (Wilson) Loyd. Janet retired from Texas Instruments, she was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. Janet is survived by her daughter, Ashley Ortiz and husband Juan of Sulphur Springs, one sister Judy Baxter and husband David of Sulphur Springs, grandchildren, Ayden Rhylan Ortiz, and Jaylee Jo Ortiz.
