Obituary of Frankie Eddins
Funeral services for Chester Franklin “Frankie” Eddins, age 69, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2014 at Central Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Stinson officiating and Rev. Fred Randles assisting. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with Ronnie Irvin, David White, David Eddins, Carlisle Clement, John Eddins, Garry Hall, Dr. Juan Harrison and Paul Eddins serving as pallbearers, honorary pallbearers will be The Crusaders Class of Central Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, February 9, 2014 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mr. Eddins passed away Friday, February 07, 2014 at Carriage House Manor. Mr. Eddins was born on November 23, 1944 in Commerce, TX, the son of Chester Abb and Ara Evelyn (Anglin) Eddins. He married Carol Conner on June 2, 1986 in Sulphur Springs. She survives. Mr. Eddins was Co-Founder of M & F Western Products, President of Eddin’s Western Wear, and at the time of death he was employed by M&F Western Products. He was a member of Central Baptist Church. In addition to his wife he is survived by sons, Brent Eddins of Hallsville, TX, Mike Eddins of Rockwall, TX, Steve Baker of Valladolid, Spain, Ted Emmons of Saltillo, TX, daughters, Pam Scott of Sulphur Springs, TX, Michelle Brooks of Greenville, TX, brother, Mickey Eddins and wife Linda of Sulphur Springs, TX, 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 3 nephews.
