Obituary of Luther Azill Robinson

Luther A. Robinson was born on February 23, 1940, to Clarence Robinson, Sr. and Cardia Harris Robinson.

He married Virginia Grace Bayless in 1961 and to this union was born Lana Lorraine Robinson and Stefon Eugene Robinson.

Luther graduated from Douglas High School in Sulphur Springs, Texas.  He was an outstanding basketball star at Douglas High School. Luther was a member of Morning Chapel Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs, Texas.

He was a carpenter, worked in construction, was a “farmer at heart” and loved animals.

Luther was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Robinson, Sr. and Cardia Harris Robinson, and brother, Clarence Earl   Robinson.  He is survived by wife, Virginia of Sulphur Springs, Texas; daughter, Lana Robinson of Mesquite, Texas, son Stefon Robinson of Dallas, Texas, and grandson Stefon Robinson, Jr. of Dallas, Texas; brother, Johnny Howard Robinson (Claudia) of Dallas, Texas, and sister Gloria King of Dallas, Texas; and a host of other relatives.
