Funeral services for Corenthia Letoria Polk, age 42, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 10, 2019 at Mitchel Chapel Church of God in Christ. Interment will follow at Mel Haven Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. Corenthia passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019 in Clarksville, TX. She was born on April 29, 1977 in Sulphur Springs, TX. She is survived by mother, Mary Johnson; step-father, Earl Dial; father, Randy Cooper; sisters, Kneisha Johnson, Caliey Horsley, and Kristle Cooper; brothers, Damarcus Johnson and Kelton Dial; uncles, Lester Henley (Janice Henley), Ken Polk (Jacqueline Gray), and Octus Polk; aunts, Johnna Clayton and Patricia Cooper; and God children, Shakaja Debase, Desi Debase, Deja Cork, Christonia Beard, Antiana Clayton, Ambria Rossi, Kristasia Rossi, Tierra Rossi, and Christiansen Rossi. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Elizabeth Polk; great grandmother, Gladys Johnson; aunts, May Kelly, Lillian Debase, and Margaret Nell Petty; and uncle, Harvey Henley.
