Obituary of Esta Lou Feely

Funeral services for Esta Lou Feely, age 87, of Quitman, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 15, 2019 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brad Brittain and Rev. David Hamm officiating. Interment will follow at Yantis Cemetery with her grandsons serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 14, 2019 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Esta Lou passed away on Friday, April 12, 2019 in Quitman. She was born on July 26, 1931 in Kinsley, KS, the daughter of Irvin E. and Jessie Robbins Smith. She married Maynard Duane Feely in Kinsley, KS in 1951. She was of the Christian faith. She worked as a medication aide for many years. She also loved to crochet, quilt, and sew. She is survived by daughters, Becky Owens and husband Rodney of Quitman, Estel Willits and husband Brad of Italy, Linda Welch and husband Dannye of Mesquite, Debbie Lonsberry and husband Danny of Hawkins, Carol Christian of Yantis, grandchildren, Clayton, David, and Stephen Christian, Diana Barham, Dustin and Dillon Dudley, Jana Eckert, Sarah Risenwebber, John Mark, Laura, and Facinet Willits, Aaron Welch, Tammy Fitzgerald, Alisha Brittain, Amy Quinn, and Will Owens, 33 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by, her husband, her parents, and brothers, Wayne, Warren, and Kenneth Smith.
