Obituary of Calvin Wayne Washington

Funeral services for Calvin Wayne “Tidy” Washington, age 66, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Morning Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Bobby Dawson and Bro. Harold Nash officiating. Interment will follow at East Caney Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. Tidy passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Baylor Scott and White in Plano. He was born on June 28, 1952 in Sulphur Springs, the son of John Wayne Goodson and Jimmie Jean Washington. He retired from Aero Star Manufacturing. He loved to play dominoes and cards. He is survived by son, Adrien Washington, daughters, Kristal Washington, Natasha Johnson, grandchildren, Sidarius McGill, Zachary Broussard, Jace Brown, Ryann Johnson, three great-grandchildren, sister, Sheryl Mitchell, aunts, Thelma Hall, Vernell Washington, uncle, Lawrence Washington, and numerous extended family members.
