Obituary of Robert Earl Strange

Robert E. Strange was born on February 11, 1947 to the parentage of Jodie Lee and Elizabeth Strange. He attended Ralph Bunch High School in Crockett, Texas. Robert worked for REA Electric Company in Crockett, Texas. He then moved to Dallas and started working for American Redball until they went out business. He then worked for Crown Plumbing. He then started remodeling work. He also worked at Lancaster High School. After retiring in Dallas, he moved to Emory where he worked as a custodian in the Rains Public School System. He leaves to cherish his precious memory his wife Lucy “LuLu” Faye Strange of Emory, TX, one daughter, Karen “Peaches” McCullough (Earl) Crockett, TX, one granddaughter, Latericka Jones, Crockett, TX, one grandson, Christopher Jones, Crockett, TX, four great-grandsons, Jakecian Jones, TyKehious Jones, Caiden Jones, Skylynn Jones; five brothers, Jodie Lee Strange (Ophelia), Dallas, TX, Frank Arthur Strange, Oakland, TX, James L. Strange, Crockett, TX, Dennis Strange, Crockett, TX, Joe Nathan Strange, Crockett, TX; three sisters, Roberta Patterson, Houston, TX, Dianne Dickerson, Crockett, TX, and Barbara Ann Jones (Larry), Crockett, TX; 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Lawrence Strange and Ezell Strange.
