Obituary of Ramiro Jimenez

A funeral Mass of Christian burial for Ramiro Jimenez Mares, age 40, of Cumby, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 27, 2014 at St. James Catholic Church with Father Juan Sardinas officiating. Visitation was Monday, October 27, 2014 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Miller Grove Cemetery with Juan Carlos, M. T. Jimenez, Marcos A. Fronco, Artuo Lomeli, Aldelfo Yanez, Juan Gonzales, Arnulfo Alvarez, Luis Alvarez, Robert Alvarez and Ricky Alvarez serving as pallbearers. Mr. Jimenez passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014. He was born on October 1, 1974 in Santa Maria, Jalisco, Mexico the son of Merced Jimenez Gama and Juana Mares Jimenez. He married Veronica Gonzalez Sandoval on July 16, 1994 in Leon, Mexico and she survives. Ramiro was a self-employed contractor and a member of St. James Catholic Church. In addition to his wife he is survived by his parents, sons, Jose Alfredo Jimenez and Alex Jimenez, daughters, Elizabeth Jimenez and Bernice Jimenez, brothers, Tony Jimenez, Juan Antonio Jimenez, Jose Assuncion, Candido Mares, Martin Jimenez, Justino Jimenez, Merced Jimenez, Alejo Jimenez, Lupe Jimenez, Sacramento Jimenez, Rafael Jimenez, Marcelino Jimenez, sisters, Felisa Jimenez Alvarez, Petra Jimenez, Maria Jimenez, Enriqueta Jimenez, Martha Alicia Jimenez, , Maria Jesus Jimenez, Beatris Jimenez and Liz Jimenez.
